Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please send an email with your full name and order number to TS******@TS***********.com.

If your order arrived damaged, please include clear images of the damaged products in your email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are available for refund. All sales of Boo Boo Books are final.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email with clear images of the damaged or defective areas at TS******@TS************.com. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Once the defective or damaged items are received, replacement items will be shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
