Peter Pan
***This character interview contains spoilers for the Neverland Chronicles, read at your own discretion.
1. “Do you remember anything from your childhood?”
“The memories are cloudy thanks to Neverland. All I remember is being in my pram while mum planned away my entire life in an afternoon conversation. I guess you could say that I’ve never taken to anyone telling me what to do. But now I think it was more than that. If I had stayed in London and let my mum dictate my life’s choices, I would have withered away and died before Gwen was born and that would have been a tragedy. Guess the Divine blessed me with a rebellious side for a reason.”
2. “How did you end up in Neverland?”
“With the help of the fae and a little Divine intervention of course. But I think that part of the story is irrelevant. No matter what I did, the Divine would have found a way to get me here. It was a simple trip across the veil. I’ve done it hundreds of times. Let’s skip the beginning and get to the good part.”
“The good part?”
“Yes, the parts with Gwen. Ask me something about her? Is she going to see these interviews—if that’s the case, I’ll have to insist on looking over the others interviews before she sees them.”
“We’ll get to Gwen in a minute. And no, you do not get creative license over the other interviews, it’s part of the rules.”
“Says who?”
“Eben and James. They made the stipulation before we started.”
“Bastards! You know I’m still Captain of the Lost Boys, right?”
“Behave yourself Peter—we’re getting off subject.”
3. “If you were still on Earth, what do you think your profession would be?”
“A boss.”
“Really, a boss? What kind of boss?”
“Does it matter? Any kind of boss. One of those billionaires that runs empires like in Gwen’s smutty little books she likes to read. Here in Neverland, magic is power. But in your realm, money is power. So that’s what I would be, a badass boss with the world in my pocket.”
“That’s a bit vague, but I guess we get the picture.”
“Vague? You’re the one asking completely useless hypothetical questions. That’s as much thought as I’m willing to give your fantasy question.”
“Okay, got it. Let’s move on shall we.”
4. “What’s your favorite color?”
“I feel like you’re wasting my time here.”
“How so?”
“I think everyone knows that my favorite color is green. Hell even Disney knew as much. I’ll never live down that ridiculous tights ensemble they put me in.”
“Well, I just wanted to be sure. Sometimes people get caught up in false cliches.”
“Even if I hated green, it’s part of the brand now. Peter Pan will be synonymous with green until the end of time. I think I can live with that.”
5. “What’s your favorite food?”
“My favorite food? Who came up with these? Next question.“
6. “Coffee or Tea?”
“Neither.”
“Really? You don’t have a preference?”
“Well, I was born a Brit, so I guess you’d say that tea is in my blood. And coffee is only palatable with a hearty addition of sugar. About the only tea I’m truly interested in is Lush tea and night with Gwen all to myself.”
7. “Who’s your favorite Lost Boy?”
“Tripp. He’s my best mate. Always got my back no matter what. The fact that he’s the strong, silent type really helps with that. Even if he doesn’t agree with my orders, I don’t have to listen to him bitch like Eben. That fucker gets under my skin. But Tripp has a way of telling you you’re an asshole whose about to make a huge mistake without cutting your balls off in the process. There aren’t enough men like him.”
“And what about James? Wasn’t he your first Lost Boy?”
“James isn’t a Lost Boy.”
“Eben says once a Lost Boy al—”
“Stop! First of all, I know what you’re going to say and it doesn’t apply here. Jas, not James, Jas was a Lost Boy. The man you see today is not him. I can agree to remain peaceful for Gwen’s sake, but the boy who was Jas died a long time ago. Secondly, never ever trust anything Eben says.”
8. “And your least favorite Lost Boy?”
“I see what you’re trying to do here.”
“And what am I trying to do?”
“You’re trying to trick me into saying that James is my least favorite Lost Boy, but according to my logic, James isn’t a Lost Boy. If, let’s say, hypothetically he was a Lost Boy, then yes, he’d be my least favorite. He’s my least favorite everything.”
9. “What’s something you’re passionate about?”
“Flying. It came natural to me as a child and for the most part, I’ve always had happy thoughts.”
“Why does that surprise me? You don’t always seem like a happy-go-lucky person.”
“I may be an asshole, but I’m a happy asshole.”
10. “Do you have a favorite sexual position?”
“Apparently no questions are off the table here—I’m beginning to feel a bit violated.”
“Peter, I didn’t expect you to be such a prude. The others answered without an issue.”
“Well, the others have no fucking honor. But, for the sake of the interview, I’ll play along. I wouldn’t say I have a favorite position, because all positions with Gwen are mind blowing, but I have a favorite place. The grotto was where it all started and nothing’s better than Gwen, riding my cock, the sparkling ceiling glowing around her face and those caramel eyes staring down at me. That’s about as close to the Divine as you can get without dying.”
11. “How about a favorite kink?”
“Remember what I said about flying being kinda my thing?”
“Yes…”
“I’m trying to get Gwen to share a little pixie dust with me, so I can have my way with her in midair. She calls it the Mile High Club without the plane.”
“So you haven’t tried it yet?”
“Nah, Gwen’s worried someone might see.”
“Isn’t that a real possibility?”
“Sure, but we could hide ourselves in the clouds if we had to. To be honest, I don’t give a fuck who sees. It kinda adds to the appeal if someone is watching.”
12. What was it about Gwen that you were initially attracted to and why?
“I was enthralled from the moment I saw her. I couldn’t understand how such a beautiful girl could look so sad. For the first time in my life I wanted to mean something to someone. I wanted to mean something to her and replace that sad look with happiness.”
13. “Have you ever experienced heartbreak before?”
“Unfortunately, I am no stranger to heartbreak. My life has been filled with it. The whole Wendy thing didn’t end well. Neverland helps to dull the memories, but I am glad that my heart was broken or else it never would have led me to Gwen.”
14. “Was there a reason why you hesitated getting close to Gwen in the beginning?”
“I was afraid to relive what I went through with Wendy. If I allowed myself to accept my true feelings and she followed in her grandmother’s footsteps it would have destroyed me. It was self preservation.”
“Thank you, Peter, for taking the time to answer all of our prying questions. I know all of the fans will enjoy finding out more about you. Do you foresee any more stories to be written about you and Gwen?”
“Nothing is definitive yet, but Gwen’s been missing London for some strange reason, and the Lost Boys and I have to tie up some loose ends. Some fuck named Jamie put his hands on her. He left bruises on our girl and it’s past due that we made him pay for that. So a trip back to London isn’t out of the question.”
